OWWC (On Weekends We Carve) is a personal project where my aim is to combine graphic design and fine arts and produce a line of 'hand-made designer toys'.
The following images are from a part of a series inspired by the disabled animals at the ACF Animal shelter, Karachi. The idea is to create awareness and to get people to be more accepting of animals with disabilities. All proceeds from this series go to the shelter.
This sculpture is based on Boiler, the cat. Boiler lost an eye and an ear because someone threw boiling water on her. The sculpture aims to create awareness about the abuse our local animals, especially strays, face on a daily basis.
